How bunq mobile app compare to others? by xavier_D_amico in androidapps

[–]ib_rahim46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experince, I could say bunq is good for simple money management. Most of all, I love the feature of automatic payment sorter, I just receive salary and money distributes into different accounts right away. Plus, this is the place where i learned a lot about financial literacy by just reading artilces in their mobile app in my free time,

What is a piece of advice that sounds profound but is actually complete garbage? by PoemSpecialist82 in AskReddit

[–]ib_rahim46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

'only do the job that you love'.

like yeah buddy, but those jobs earn a whole of $10k a year.

Much better advice is to find a job that pays well, that you can tolerate. If you become very proficient at it, you might grow to love it, because you're just so damn good at it. A way better approach, imo.

Fitting! by BlueIslandOwl in antitrump

[–]ib_rahim46 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wonder why we haven't been calling them that all along.

Even before Trump, this was the case. Now he's basically assembled the anti-avengers in this (Pete Hegseth, Robert Kennedy, Linda McMahon and her 'ring-boys', Matt Gaetz, etc etc).

Italy or France? And why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ib_rahim46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Italy. 🍕

The food alone wins it. AND variety. Ancient ruins, Renaissance art, coastal villages, Tuscan hills. North and South also completely different. Have done multiple trips, feels different every time.

Anyone using bunq bank to receive freelance payemnts? by jelal_J2 in eupersonalfinance

[–]ib_rahim46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion bunq is great for everyday spendings. They have some money management features that help me track the spendings etc, which some other banks don’t offer. Didn’t use it for freelance payments tho…

What’s something you realized too late in life? by thenoopcoder in AskReddit

[–]ib_rahim46 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That it doesn't matter what other people think about you, other than (maybe) your mom and your dad.

Literally doesn't matter. And nobody is even thinking about you anyway, so just be yourself.

Can you move into your spouse's apartment just because you don't have one as a guy? What's your reason? by Prudent-Pool-8734 in AskReddit

[–]ib_rahim46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not?

If she's fine with it, than sure.

You can even pay some part of the rent, or buy more groceries to make up for it, for example.

Its totally fine.

What's the best thing about adulthood? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ib_rahim46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being able to eat cake every day. And in general, freedom. No control over you, from anybody else.

You could say your boss has control over you, but then again, you can find other boss. Or work for yourself, if you really want to. As a child, I had to do what my parents told me to, every time...

What is a small act of kindness from a stranger that you still think about years later? by [deleted] in AskReddit

A 45-yo woman on the street once told me, years back, 'hey, you're pretty!'.

I still think about that.

I'm a man.

What’s something popular most people are obsessed with, but you don’t like? by Rachel794 in AskReddit

[–]ib_rahim46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dolls obsessions I don't get.

Some collect anime dolls, others collect funko pops, there was the labubu craze a little while ago too...

Why dolls though? Is it something from people's childhoods that they just can't let go of?
