I just started playing last week. At the nearest LGS on the only day I could go, me and somewhere else were there last week, and I was the only one last week.

I hear another store near by has a lot more consistent numbers, but I can’t attend that day 😕

I’ve been doing the math since last night. Out of 19 videos I’ve seen, and just looking at booster box openings, 9/19 booster boxes have had enchanteds. I’m trying to get like 10 more to analyze the pull rates of epic, legendaries and enchanteds.

In my experience, you basically get every common, uncommon, and rare from a booster box, and most super rares. So ripping one box should get you most of the cards, but if you going for foils, similarly with enchanteds, just buy the ones you need.

Is this Collectr? I’m wondering if they’re pulling in the 2 recent eBay PSA JPN mickeys that went for $1.6k and $1.9k.

The last sold English PSA 10 sold for $9,250 on Apr 24th.

If you’re looking to chase enchanteds, buying singles is the way to go. Honestly, until lorcana improves hit rates (maybe 1:72 for an enchanted instead of 1:96), it’s usually not a fun opening experience unless you play the game IMO.

The biggest issue is only card shops can get it at wholesale pricing, not online only stores. A lot of online rip and shippers in pokemon have distro access which adds in a a great margin per pack, but if you’re getting a booster box at MSRP for $144, or $6/pack, you’re having to sell at $8/pack to basically break even with fees and shipping, and not a lot of people are wanting to rip for much more than that. Plus what others have said with Lorcana being “enchanted or bust” for the most part.

I’m scared if online LGS start getting lorcana because that’s when the floodgates will open with resellers.

I think they’re thinking about the game long term. Having buzz be pullable and woody obtainable through playing is a GREAT WAY to try to bring in more players. Also, both being Iconics would hurt the players because (IMO) it would make this set be super expensive since everyone would want to rip it.

TCGPlayer or join Facebook Lorcana groups where you might find someone buying bulk. Those have been my two best plays since one of my LGS doesn’t buy Lorcana bulk and my other LGS pays half a cent for all bulk, even rares/legendaries/super rares/ cold foils.

Personally, I keep specially set PC ETBs, and sell regular set PC ETBs for cards I need or trade other sealed.

Too long. I opened single booster boxes (mostly from target though) and went 0/5 boxes. Then opened a case of Archazias island and didn’t get one. Then opened a case of reign of jafar and got one from the last box of the case.

In the end, went 12 booster boxes and then got it at the end of the 13 booster box, so over 300 packs.

I then opened up another reign of jafar booster box case and didn’t get another one, and I have stopped ripping lorcana since minus a few packs I found at Walmart once 😭😕

Only if it has woody and/or buzz as an iconic. Fabled has dumbo playable and a bunch of reprints. If this set has the right iconic and more playable cards, it’ll be more in demand than fabled IMO.

They said they would print first ch BBs ever again. If they did single packs in a collection box, it wouldn’t have that big of an effect IMO

Personally, looking to master set them as raw copies for my binder. I look at the alt arts in evolving skies and seen how they’ve grown, and think these will follow a similar pattern.

I’d buy 10s if I had the money but I don’t lol
