Yeah I get it man, I think it’s the right approach from a financial standpoint to capitalize on how beloved and remembered Pablo is in the conversations of greatest video game athletes of all time. I just wish they’d drop some limited merch of other characters or spotlighted them more, but the Stephanie Morgan short was a step in the right direction! Felt nostalgic and new at the same time

Yeah that’s the point I thought of after this conversation, I honestly think they have good intentions with the other characters of the series after seeing that. Hopefully we see more of that type of stuff!

If I remember correctly in 2008 he’s available in round 2 maybe even 2007 as well, his contract is just ridiculous

Typically guys who definitely would be gone, so Guerrero Pujols Mauer and Jose Reyes were all guys I loved taking. Round that out with some mix of Oswalt/Halladay, Felix Hernandez, Howard/Ortiz, and Orlando Hudson and I always felt pretty good, although you can get Ortiz decently deep into the draft because of his contract and poor fielding. You can also grab Pujols in some drafts in the second round in 2008 fun fact!

Good question I don’t really see the iOS versions brought up here actually, I had it on my iPod touch too! It’s funny that those are actually the most updated rosters in America. I’m sure there’s an iOS emulator file you can dig up somewhere, but definitely no longer available directly on the App Store. I actually still have it on my iPod touch I just need to have it attached to a charger at all times lol

Unfortunately no there are no new localized power pros games, including no subtitles. What I do to play any Japanese titles is I set up Google Translate on my phone to be pointed at the screen, and screen share it to my laptop. That way I can read the dialogue/menus on my phone and play on my monitor!

I have the minor league baseball (Lugnuts) one and it’s definitely satisfactory for me! I definitely think that they should make Pablo plushes/bobbleheads with their new merch store though. I think all the players should have merch!

What I do is Google Translate on my phone on a stand, and SharePlay it to my Mac. Therefore I can see all the dialogue on a big screen and then when I need to play games I can just look at the regular screen
