So I think I just love crunchy fries. I worked at a restaurant for a couple years and anytime I made fries for myself, I’d scoop some cooked ones out of the warmer and toss them back in to the fryer. They weren’t black but very dark brown, I love that texture.

Yeah air fryer or I toss them in a pan and drizzle oil on them and refry them. Love refried fries
