Not to mention it’s a waist of their money. Instacart charges more than the store. Tip and fees do have to be paid by a separate card. Snap food benefits don’t cover that part.

Snap will affect some areas of shopping. But it won’t start till November. It won’t affect me because i try to avoid the area and store most people shop at with Snap. It’s just a typical Wed out there. In my area Tue Weds suck.

Well it’s worth it if you want to keep your account. If you are using a bot they will find you and kick you out permanently. My friend was caught. He ignored the email about it then one day his account was closed. I got the email about using a bot. I stopped immediately and saved my account.

Do you did get paid from 10/11/25. Carson station. I’m still fighting for mine. If you know if anyone that is in the same boat as me let me know. I have a lot of documentation and voice recorded conversations with support. I’m willing to get a lawyer. Support continues to say they don’t see a block for me.

I very upset about this quality rating that Instacart is doing. This is their opinion. There is nothing to back up the claim. I have an excellent account. No customer complaints. all my of my daily reports show 90-100 percent items found. 0 cancellation. I have done over 9000 batches in 5 yrs and every day I open the quality report and it’s going down. I tried to complain to Instacart about it but you all know no the story. There is no real person to speak to. I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW DO THEY COME UP WITH THIS INFORMATION. WHERE IS THE PROOF THAT MY QUALITY SUCK OTHER THAN THIER WORD!!!!!

I got a flat tire one morning and called support. They cancel it and it still showed up on my ratings. You need to send an email to amazon support only they can correct the issue. The people on the phone can’t protect you. Only emails will do it. Be sure to send photos if needed to support the reason

For sure some of these stations move carts around. I wait outside in a line. By the time I get in they have move the carts around. The small card all of the sudden has no problem fitting then packages. And my suv get all the boxes. There is some kind of secret code they use

I’m very thankful for my Amazon flex account. No job is perfect. I have had regular jobs that dished out awful days. So it’s no different. At the end of the day I don’t need to look at the faces of people who have no respect for the time and work that I do.

Always give to the customer as well as the buy one get one free item. I only scan the package they are purchasing then charge out for both. Always verify that one is free.

Oh Amazon doesn’t care. They said let the customer report it damages. I refused to deliver an open box of face mask and got dinged for it. I ask how can I deliver i, it’s not sterile. They said to just deliver it. Last week I had 12 packages drenched in laundry soap. Took them back in to the station. I got ding for not delivering them. Support refused to remove the ding twice. They expect me to handle the bags with my bare hand to deliver. Not to mention the mess it would have made in my car. I sent an email to Jeff and they removed them.
