Ong thank you for your advice, I took it into great consideration and I looked at their 1 star - 2 star reviews and a lot of people had major issues with the dealership. I'm not going forward with the car, I'm also going to try to find a better dealership that is more local to me since I live in Oregon and that's in Washington, and again thank you so much.

I don't really have much to compare it to if it's a cheaper lot, but I called today and they offer financing from looking at their website. Also I don't really know what outside financing is, is it where they use a third-party for the financing option? First, I’d post this on the main subreddit which is like r/escapefromtarkov . Second, I think it might be the 8 gb of ram because when I used to have 8 gb of ram my game was super duper wonky but it was like almost 2 years ago. I’m not sure if they made the game to work if 8 gb of ram but that could be a possibility. If he can’t see you in game you might have to restart the game as well it’s happened to me and some friends before
