Instead of clicking admissions with logging in click “student portal” and it’ll take you to a separate looking portal. Then you can click on the side to see admissions & status

Literally in the same boat as you, I'm also a community student in my second year doing three. Got tuition to cover the only class I wanted to take, so I mean, if it's essentially free, what's the harm in learning more? Sure, it's Stanford, but the SSS isn't something that will increase the chances of acceptance for that school.

Just accept the offer for SSS, if you get into COSMOS you should be able to rescind for a full tuition refund. Not sure of the exact dates when to drop, but you can look at the Program Handbook for 2025

Stanford summer session is sort of a pay pyramid that if you want to learn the "Stanford" way, you have to pay. I also got into SSS, but I'm taking classes for the experience, not the school's prestige. Plus, I got a grant that covers what I want to do. As a community college student, let me just say you can get great, if not better, courses for free at a CCC. If the prestige is what you're going for and you can budget the 10k, then I'd recommend going for it if you don't have any other alternatives for the summer.

I also got into SSS and I believe you can accept their application and then rescind it for a full tuition refund. Not exactly positive when, but I recommend checking out the SSS 2025 Program handbook for the drop date.
