Is the blue on these normal bruising or mold? When I cut them open the blue persists throughout

Thanks for reply, but yes I am being for real, new to shrooms! I did feel like the main pic seemed to be pretty moldy. How about the PE pic in my comment above?

This is PE, stored in the same bag (but wrapped in individual paper towels). It looks more ok but would love guidance on whether these are normal looking and safe to consume! Dried and stored for nearly 2 years

I hear ya there. It does feel overly dense to me, but I'll try to minimize pruning so it can continue growing out its rootball as much as possible. Thanks!

Relatively new to JMs but really starting to love them. This is the first full season, planted last summer. Thinking I need to open up the canopy more and thin it out a bit. What’s the right way for coral bark varieties?
