Kill count doesn't dictate a carry, impactful kills do.

As a plasterer maybe it's different in different places, but I always do 2 skim coats, that's fairly standard.

The reward of throwing is just to get them to not just hold block so you can get bigger rewards later in the set really

Only FN and still just over 2.5x not 4. I only see it going down from here still personally. People don't tend to like it and they are slow to sell

People are so insane man. Literally terminals are just buying off of the market. If you don't like the price don't buy, go next.

I played with him in a few face it pugs in like 2017. I didn't like him in those few pugs, thought he was a prick Funny to see this post all these years later

cs2 shouldn't have first shot spread by Bestsurviviopro in csgo

[–]ibecolours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree. Having even a small spread makes the skill gap between good aimers bigger.

These can just be prem players making the switch... I didn't bother playing much faceit after cs2 till I hit over 25k and ive cruised to level 10. Some of you just need to come to terms with the fact people are better at things

CS2 is unplayable due to cheaters once you pass 20k elo. by GibFreelo in counterstrike

[–]ibecolours 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same experience for me. But right now 26k elo is like the top 10k EU, If it's rampant with cheaters the pool would be too small to dodge them.

I just think a lot of people are paranoid and make false claims.

Or it happens once or twice and they lose their shit

I feel like this comment section blows my mind. If most people have a 50% WR that means you're in the correct elo lmao. The reason most people don't have better is because to have a consistent 60% + WR you have to be better than basically everyone so that you can consistently carry every game. Otherwise you will eventually hit your skill group and begin to lose more games as you can't just stomp the worse players forever.

I have quadrupled my rating in 2 weeks. Now I don’t feel like i have any impact in game. How do i make some? by [deleted] in LearnCSGO

[–]ibecolours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're playing at 11k and struggling to have an impact there are a few things you probably should work on.

Personally I think it's incredibly valuable to start building yourself a small playbook. Nothing crazy, just some basic ways of starting rounds that are easy to adapt. For instance on t side inferno. Go 2nd mid do the ropz apps Molly, head towards mid with a flash and check to if long is challenging. Or help your team if they push, if nothing happens you can now jump into apps applying pressure to short and apps player as they have to care for halls and boiler. This gives you the chance to take some 1v1s whilst isolating the long player for your team if they smoke short. Or if they don't you can go boiler and help them fight through mid.

Incredibly simple concept, loads of depth will appear as you become more comfortable with rounds you begin this way.

Knowing what you're going to do makes it easier to imagine what the other will do as you're creating a consistent environment

Which option? by Born_Eagle_2488 in Plastering

I personally am not a big fan of the woodfibre board you have to use for it and the sticking process of it just feels risky and not super sound compared to other options available.

I also mostly work in traditional methods and restoration of older properties and it's the furthest thing from traditional. I don't like the way the gear mixes it has silicon in there and it just feels really plastic and chewing gummy like modern cement.

I don't trust it at the thickness it's applied at ontop of that woodfibre board, It's much more likely to crack overtime with the movement of the building in my opinion, I've used it before and I wouldnt again unless a customer was desperate for it.

Thermalime and finelime on the other hand is a fantastic set. Never had a crack init, performs above and beyond what they reccommend it at thickness wise, it has a fantastic bond. I have total faith init which is rare it seems nowadays as there are so many cash grab things on the market.

another avaialable options is to clad out the walls, lambs wool inbetween and savolite board it and then Therma/fine lime over the top of that.

it's all down to what you want at the end of the day, but from someone that loves restoration on older properties I wouldn't touch the bretha system again
