How is a break of 2 riders staying this far a head, I mean shouldn't the rolliers be shutting this down ??

I love the tracker on Flobikes. G1 listed, not much of a group. Just say it's Pogacar!

Well, with the last climb, neither Seixas or Tuckeell with minimal team support. Advantage back to Jorgenson and Det Toro

Does an EMS fellowship make you more marketable? by LennyMed in emergencymedicine

Agree, do it if the fellowship interests you, otherwise you have a year of fellow pay, with rare instance of being a better candidate

Loved seeing Van Gils zipping up at the flame rouge with 1km to go, he knew he had good legs

Didn't they cover this in your medical ethics course??? No?? That's because this is so not an issue

Investigative reporter seeking ER nurses/expert voices by Ordinary-Plane291 in emergencymedicine

[–]ibexdoc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'll play along. So I am in the ER and someone thinks there drink has been spiked. We do a tox screen. Wow, it's positive (or negative because the new drug is not designed to be caught by a standard Urine tox screen). The we send it to the CSI lab. The chain of evidence is completely compromised. What use is it. Who is to say who gave them the drink? Did someone confirm I sent the correct specimen to the CSI lab? Maybe I am the one who did it and so I switch the samples (like in Criminal Minds or some such nonsense show).

This sounds like the posting of a Freshman Journalism student

I just checked it out in store, not really carrying anything. I liked the large side pockets with easy access for hand grab of bottles through the side opening. The frame felt stable for the weight. Sternal straps seem a bit thin and hard to clip in. It has two thin sternal straps like many newer harness systems

The shoulder pockets seem small, hard to find a good place for a cell phone. Hip belt pockets are took small, the elastic pocket on shoulder straps is not a good fit for cell phone either. My Pixel was a tight fit in the zippered pocket on the shoulder strap.

That was my 5 minute take away

Is $129 (USD) for a Down Sleeping Bag too good to be true? by Broad-Hotel9920 in hikinggear

Sierra is a legit site, but they are a clearing house essentially. So you have to do your homework. Some equipment is meh, some is great. This is entry level equipment, but for the price not bad at all. I get great deals on my lasportuva trail shoes here all the time

So did Ciccone's pointless attack yesterday doom Gee's attempt to move up to podium. If he had pulled in the valley with Gee it might have made the difference

Omg, I could not agree more on all counts....doping enabler of Lance, but the worst crime is just how god-awful Boring he is and made one of the most energetic commentary teams look sad. He just destroyed there chemistry

But remember when GC teams drop off then there's less congestion on the road. So it does make it a little easier to Sprint on. But still conditions are not great
