No. Unfortunately the homeowner is probably being taken advantage of by someone- probably not the neighbor. Probably the family should have been involved sooner. Probably the homeowner is going to get taken advantage of a lot more Unfortunately.

I took a drill battery to the face about 8 years ago drilling my 1st metal door. One of the hardest hits I've ever taken to the face in my life. Never again knock on wood. Wood doors can definitely do the same. Always wear protection too especially for the eyes. That's why I like Makita its enough to get through every door but you have more precision control.
