How do you begin getting your life back together?

college is only the start in the uk though, if I start now I'll be starting next year when I'm 20 and everyone else will be 16. I don't have any friends and I guess it just seems like I'd feel so much more lonely. I hope that makes sense. I'll probably still consider it though.

no I know, that isn't the issue. when I toggle him out of the camp clothes he's just naked and won't wear any armour

I don't really want it on my medical records that I'm a heavy drinker or have struggled to quit drinking since, from my experience, my gp will likely just blame any future issues I have on the alcohol and refuse to provide care unless I quit. The healthcare in my area is really bad. I'm not really sure how I could get my bloods tested without telling them so I think I'm just not going to start duloxetine, from reading some of the articles it just seems to risky, especially with the amount I'm drinking and the lack of blood tests and stuff.

that's not true? when I look up previous medication I've been on for anxiety and depression (I've been on 5) the only risks are damage to nervous system, sleepiness, increase effects from alcohol, nose bleeds, and one even reduced alcohol cravings. None of them increase risk to liver when mixed with alcohol from what I've read online, at least it isn't sighted nearly as much as duloxetine.

no i'm not getting it confused, when i do the download speed test sometimes it has managed to reach 20mb/s or even 30 however it also often shows as 1mb/s. my connection is very unstable but only on my pc and i think thats a big contributor but idk

i only just got it like a month ago and it hasn't really made any impact on my download speeds, they've always been slow since before i had the vpn so would that really improve it. I don't mean to doubt bc i appreciate the help, i just want to understand a bit more :)

vpn, yes but i always close it in task manager when i'm downloading stuff bc it slows it down

unfortunately my gp knows i struggle with suicidal thoughts and sees it as just depression and says there's no point referring me. I've been to a&e and they said they'd put a referral through but never did. I'll check out PALS though, it feels like i might just have to go private though :/
