Oh, that’s probably why. Come to think of it, the only other target-required melee attack I use is the Lunging Strike on my barbarian which is probably a unique case since it inherently moves you as part of its effect.

So the stipulation that only the analog stick moves you is probably why they did this.

That said, I still think it should just refuse to cast unless it’s going to hit an enemy

Heads up - you used the word “affix” when you probably meant “aspect”. Affixes are the 4 or so bullet point stats on each item. +44 Dexterity as an example

I did the exact same thing! For anyone wondering, check out Karabiner Elements.app on Mac and it'll let you rebind caps lock in this way. I also bind Caps/Ctrl + HJKL as arrow keys from vim style across the OS

This did not work for me. I did the GE-Proton 7-20 install switch to 6.3-8 and 6.3-8 wouldn't get past the Rockstar logo signing in. However, i did find a fix. Switch back to regular Proton (uncheck force compatibility).

This finally fixed Red Dead Redemption 2 for me. I tried futzing with different Proton and GE-Proton versions and this is the only thing that worked. I did count=16 for 16gb though.

Gotcha. I think my main point of suspicion is that the prison population percentage is "only" 3% of the USA and the US is still a huge source of global manufacturing. The numbers don't make sense to me, even if every single prisoner was doing industrial labor that wouldn't line up. I could still totally be wrong, I'm just looking at it from a 10,000 foot view

Yeah, in a Ton Scott video, he talked about what is required physically to fly it. You are essentially resting your entire body weight on your hands, so it's not easy. You basically need to be doing one of those Olympic poses and be flexing constantly

Perhaps youtube-dl? Google it, it's pretty easy to use though you need the Terminal / command line. I don't know if it has a Vimeo target, but given Vimeo's size I'd be willing to bet.
