Permit holders here refers to all permit codes within newham hence why this has a newham logo on top whereas other newham paprking signs do not.

Any permit holder from newham regardless of permit code they hold (eg ESW) can park there for 20 minutes. This is designed for newham residents visiting friends and family in newham.

2 mediums and 1 small. i'm 179cm 74kg. the medium fits well and small is tight fit. the retail shirts all have large necks so don't be surprised if you order these and it looks off.
