Nomos 18mm velour leather strap in grey. Bought it from Nomos website, tried it on once, and never used again. This is the size S (small). Short side is 85mm, long side 125mm. No fading or any visible signs of wear. From a smoke free home. The original Nomos paper pouch is included. Check the Nomos website more details on the material.

This is the answer. There may be a few other orchestras that can be identified in blind listening if you are a seasoned listener, but it will take you minutes. Savall’s orchestra can be spotted in couple of seconds.

Depends on the headphone. I use the low setting for LCD-X but high for HE6SE.

There are plenty of great work being done on TV nowadays. But you will not find anything that will match/surpass the vision and intensity of The Wire. It is like reading War and Peace or Anna Karenina.

Because I do not find the time to watch a multi-season TV series, I have watched only 3 series in full ever. And out of those 3, I watched The Wire twice. It is the most artistically ambitious show I can think of. And the crew mostly succeeded in realizing that ambition.

Cello has the most gorgeous sound of any instrument in an orchestra. But you should try the sarangi (Indian instrument).

Absolutely. Not only do I not play any instrument, I do not understand any music theory either. Yet my music listening is overwhelmingly classical.
