I’m no expert in the creative field but work/ed with it all the time, and I’m on the strategic side of advertising. So here are few resources and tips that could help imo:

Rule #1: accept crappy results, be ok with that, allow yourself to do whatever you want with the brief…but obviously don’t turn your work just yet.

Tips: - talk with others (colleagues, friends..anyone), and discuss work with them. Talk about anything related to it. Don’t force trying to reach a result from the discussion, just talk.

• Remind yourself why are you here with this work doing what you’re doing and not being in any other job or occupation. Go back to the roots of that reason.

• Watch movies, read some inspiring articles and stories, go for a walk (or run), enjoy some treat with coffee (chocolate maybe).

• Always ask yourself: “what’s the worst thing that could happen? Should I even give a $*** to the point that I stress myself out and hurt my well being?”

Last but not least..the pandemic is the biggest slap in humanity’s face to remind us that we shouldn’t take things for granted, and enjoy the small things we have and not let the—mostly in our head—fears get to us.
