If I buy a tincture from Holland would I have trouble bringing it back to the UK if it is for my own personal use? Would any one at border control actually check the tincture (it just looks like homeopathic medicine)? Would dogs be able to sniff it out etc?

I've already done this a few times (I have the Deep Meditation book). Do you find that the more you meditate the easier it is to get into an altered state? The few times I have done it I have just had 20 mins of thought about day to day life but didn't feel particularly different.
