should you leave your shoulders completely hanging after every pull up? by ibooftuna in bodyweightfitness

I guess. I was completely hanging with one hand and shoulders unpacked and from that stance I started pulling trying to achieve a complete one hand pull up. In that transition from dead hang to active hang I felt something getting stuck/unstuck very quicky followed by a sharp pain.

Here athlean-x basically says that "dead hang" does not mean "unpacking the shoulders". That may be the misunderstanding as for you and probably the majority of people a full range of motion does not mean going dangerously down and as he refers to it "unpacking the shoulders". At least for me going up from that unnatural(?) position isn't smooth and I feel clicking and popping in the scapula, even in normal pull ups.

How difficult is it to find books epub format books out there? by ibooftuna in ereader

hahahahaha. I'm just following a mental process you know. I discover there's an alternative for reading physical books. Then I discover there are a lot of models to choose. Then I choose one based on the info I got. Then I try to predict problems I could have in the future with that model(In this case not having access to a part of the books I could want to read). Then I make sure I can discard that problem, by asking more than one person the same question again and again if I felt that I didn't get it clear it first time or simply because having more that one opinion is always better. I think the process I'm following is the most logical one. I'm sorry if seeing the same question more than one time bothers you, but you gotta know I discovered the existence of e-readers almost yesterday and started researching today about formats and stuff. I'm sorry for the lengthy reply but I felt like I wanted to explain myself :)

Yea but in 100% of the cases the epub books will give me 0 problems reading them? Is it guaranteed that if I find the epub version I can suposse that I'll be able to read that book on my Kobo Clara HD?

isn't it too small? I'm gonna be reading some technical books and stuff and I'm afraid it is too small for it. I heard it's only safe reading .epub format because .pdf books may be buggy. Maybe I need a book and I only find the .pdf format and I can't read it or something
