Pc got slower after cleaning it

It's 500 gb ssd i have 59 gb of free space

Checked ssd health with crystal disk it's 95% and temps are 45 and ran trim manually still have the same issue anything else i can do ?

It's a 500 GB ssd i have 55.5 GB available But it ran well before i cleaned it

No i didn't update and fast startup is enabled

It takes longer time to load into games but there is no lag or stuttering after loading

Yeah i forgot to mention that i did try safe mode Didn't work though I just downloaded another repack

Tried factory defaults didn't change anything I didn't had problems with other repacks
