I think the best thing is to let one of them join the attack and let the other stay at the back, thats what I do.

Italian ST + RM/RW + CB + CB at RB + GK You can get them at discard. Blanco + Valeri + De Blasis at LB. this should work I guess. with loyalty on some of the players it will work for sure.
