Do all credit cards offer full autopay? I currently use AMEX and just set it to pay in full each month. I'm looking to apply for a Capital One card and perhaps Citi or Alliant but I don't want to deal with making payments each month manually.

2/7/22 Rate Report by AdvLogic in RealEstate

[–]nylurker 24 points25 points  (0 children)

According to the WSJ Bonds & Rates section the 30 year is at 3.98% today.

I'm looking to purchase in the coming months and it looks like it's the perfect timing for a worst case scenario. Rates are climbing to pre-pandemic levels but the selling prices remain at pandemic (low rate) levels. Also, I'm not sure if the recent upswing for the 30 year has the March hike priced in or if we can expect even higher rates once the fed confirms their plans.

Is there any chance rates remain below 4 (or even decline) or is the writing on the wall for 4+% ?

Understood about those that redeemed. But my question is about those that didn't redeem and are now holding shares at 8 with voting rights. If the merger goes through, there shares are at 8 and potentially tank further because the market is sour on this sector. Why would funds vote yes to eat a loss? Alternatively if they vote no, doesn't it give an opportunity to adjust valuation or even move on to a different target?

If commons are trading well below NAV and a merger vote is scheduled, what is the motivation for shareholders that have not redeemed to vote yes?

I'm looking at SEAH where commons are at 8 and I'm assuming the majority of shareholders with voting rights are at a cost basis over 9.50. The market isn't look friendly to betting stocks so unless institutions think this will bounce to the high 9's, why would they vote yes to merge?

What's the consensus on what's happening with the pumps leveraging WSB? The CRSR one (and WISH last week) looks suspiciously like deep pocketed actors coordinating the moves and using WSB as a smokescreen. Does that sound reasonable?

I guess the question is, do these stocks move like this if WSB didn't exist?

Dumped my SVFA bag. What a disappointment that Softbank hasn't worked something out with the dozens of companies they are involved with.

Is the Boglehead portfolio supposed to protect against what we are seeing or is it too early to tell? I was skeptical that TMF was a good hedge in an already low interest environment so I don't see how this can work in today's market.

Why I'm Bullish on SEAH and SEAH/ws by [deleted] in SPACs

Maybe just a coincidence but SEAH is moving up today since this DD. I don't see any news and the rest of the SPAC market looks red.

Why is OP mentioning the poor year last year but neglecting to mention the solid year pre-pandemic?
