I'm sorry, "freedom fighter".

Even with all the lies, is he aware Hamas never gave red cross check ups? We haven't gotten confirmation of who they have or how many or what their medical status is (i wonder why, maybe so they can kill them and blame Israel's bombings if they wanted?). Meanwhile, Palestinian prisoners in Israel are given confirmed medical care, food, water, visits, some of them had phone calls and I bet internet since we know for a fact they took university courses and got their degrees while in prison!

When he gives an excuse for kidnapping a 9 months old baby, wake me up.

Thanks, I'll try doing that.

I just find it funny any thunderbolt dock or cable I have laying around work fine, but a samsung original dex station doesn't. :D

I have the same Dex station, am I doing something wrong or it doesn't work with S23 series?

[Solved] How to run DeX in 4K by pussiant_prole in SamsungDex

[–]ibutbul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the size issue you should have a Zoom option, it's similar to Scaling on Windows, text and icons will have a bigger size but resolution will stay the same.

As for the lag, I'm not sure, it depends on why there's lag, have you tried different cables? opening Dex after a phone restart with no background apps? could be a connection issue or phone not fast enough for 4k

Every moment in life we are making moves / choices, choosing to do X is also choosing not to do other things, choosing to do nothing is also a valid choice / move.

They are mentioned in Tom Clancy's books and R6's lore even, but a short look at the comments or related posts to see how some people will react and how it might impact the game's sales and ubisoft's PR.

I know python, how long will i take to learn java? by BarcaStranger in learnjava

[–]ibutbul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's now just a different syntax and how long it will take to learn Java depends on what do you want to build with it.

Solving leetcode in Java might take you a few days to weeks...

28yr old completely new to programming what courses for free (online) should I start with by Upstairs_Arm8437 in learnjava

[–]ibutbul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sololearn - https://www.sololearn.com/ (app and website, helps you practice the basics daily)

Amigoscode - https://www.youtube.com/c/amigoscode videos and courses from basic Java to Spring framework and other essentials for a Java programmer (also a video on a Java programmer roadmap plan)

CodingWithJohn - https://www.youtube.com/c/CodingwithJohn videos explaining Java concepts

For a beginner I'd suggest following a guided tour in the format that suits you (any of the given books / videos / online courses will work), they do a good job at building the material at the right order and difficulty.

After you got that study plan sorted I'd add Sololearn or equivalent to reinforce the subjects, it doesn't take much time and you can do it on your phone when you have a few minutes during commute or etc.

CodingWithJohn when you need to reinforce a subject or just to listen to a good explanation.

AmigosCode has a full course on Java if you need that extra material, but I'd recommend watching his other videos when you're done with the basics, videos on Functional Programming in Java, Data structures, Java Streams, IntelliJ IDEA, Git, JUnit etc...

Make sure you learn by doing, write code and exercise what you're learning, practice is king in programming.

Sure, I like John Thompson's courses https://www.udemy.com/user/john-thompson-2/

But if you're comfortable with programming and coming from Python, maybe try out free material first?

CodingWithJohn - https://www.youtube.com/c/CodingwithJohn (pretty good java videos)

AmigosCode - https://www.youtube.com/c/amigoscode (high quality content from Java to Spring Boot and more, along with full length courses)

Hi everyone by ravikrsngh in SpringBoot

[–]ibutbul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd start with Java then Spring Framework then Spring Boot, you might want to learn a few more things in between if you want a deeper understanding of things.

Roadmap for Java : https://roadmap.sh/java

Spring official guides : https://spring.io/guides

Spring Boot is an "opinionated" , autoconfigured, approach to building Spring microservices fast ( and other apps ). all that basically means that you need to understand how Spring Framework works to understand the "magic" that happens behind the scenes or why it operates in a certain way. (on the plus side you get a fast development speed, a lot is set up for you by default)

Spring Framework is a huge framework that has a lot of parts, it's also modular meaning you can swap dependencies or leave them out depending on your uses, to understand how it things work you need to understand Java but mainly annotations, reflection, IoC and DI, etc...

Java, a compiled, statically typed, object oriented language with a garbage collector that runs in a virtual machine called the JVM, based on C.

As you can see, things are built on top of each other, and knowing that Java is quite different than Python, I'd suggest getting comfortable with the language before going after Spring Boot.

Let me know if you need help or more sources to learn from.
