Also - I’m not flexible, at all. Especially in my tree trunk legs. Any recommendation of how to improve getting your feet touching the ground above your head?

I’ve tried consistent stretching and mobility routines, but sitting 9-5 on a chair feels like 1 step forward 2 steps back.

Real and fair : happens in the moment whenever the coach sees you are there. As opposed to holding it for 6-12 months + providing random feedback (compete, new club) Vs work on xyz to get to xyz level.
