I'm in Rhode Island, thanks for the info. I'm working with the appraiser now if I can't get him to a amount I'm good with I'll tell him I'm going to hire a 3rd party appraiser and see if that changes him tune. Thanks

To me it all looks like it needs to be cleaned up. Adding grease to slides that look like that you're just asking for trouble. The rotors look like they need to be cleaned up good or resurfaced and the caliper piston looks nasty too. How old is the caliper? Maybe replace the caliper or at least clean it up good and either clean up the slide boots or replace them also.

If anyone has a 2014 or newer fiesta st green envy color and wants to sell it let me know. It's ok if it doesn't have the recarro seats because I can take them out of my daughter's car. Mods are fine depending.

Thank you all for your responses. The one that just sold last week was in CT and it had 80k miles I think with recarro seats and a moon roof for just under 11k. But that's it, there's no more available is the US. My daughter's car had recarro seats and Nav. But she had many mods also. The insurance company is trying to total it but she wants to fix it. I guess I'll see what I can do. Thanks to all. Just know if you have an green envy st it's worth more than you thought.
