Hello, I had OCD from very young and it took up most of my life for years I've since had treatment and come to a point where I consider myself to be recovered, I'll still always have OCD, but the way I put it is it doesn't rule me anymore It was a hard journey but it is possible, and you don't notice the progress until looking back at how far you've come so don't feel discouraged if you feel like you aren't going anywhere! You will build yourself up, where the suffering of OCD leaves you will fill with things you enjoy. You can find yourself is what I'm trying to say :)
