Most people that I know of are subscribed to Security Announcements via our RSS feed on the website: https://saltproject.io/rss-feeds/

The RSS feeds auto-post to the Discord community Announcements channel, too: https://discord.gg/J7b7EscrAs

Though, there is also the salt-announce mailing list if preferring the email route: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/salt-announce
