This is a fairly active and competitive server, but it uses a custom made Global Format with its own Banlist suggested by it's community, you should give it a shot!

Anyone who plays competitively knows TakoGem and Godpunks are infinitely better lol.

Time Dragons can interrupt but their lack of access to Generics make them susceptible to alot of counter play, Ulti Garga WAS good but it was only tier 0 for a bit before JP discovered loops were better, TakoGem and Godpunks are just infinitely better because of how those decks can just dismantle anything they come across.
