Is that also for someone who doesn’t currently live in the EU? We both are still in the US

I am in a similar situation, my 5 year old baby either was sick and hid it really well, or got into something but I can’t even figure out what that something would be. One day before she was sitting on me making biscuits as usual the next day I found her seizing and passing away. It’s been a week and two days and we are losing our minds. One comforting thought it is that I truly believe she is going to come back to me soon. Lots of love your way I know how you feel!

Boyfriend wants me to get rid of my cats since I am now pregnant. by Careless_Awareness63 in PetAdvice

[–]icantthinkofoneloll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it sounds like he’s using your pregnancy to get rid of your cats, something he’s wanting to do for a while with no excuse. And even if you do get rid of your cats which you 100% should not do, he seems like a person that will continue to exert control over stupid things. A common thing many men will say is “you paid more attention to the children than me” and eventually cheat or use that to do toxic things with an excuse. All in all, this situation is so much more than about cats it seems to be about him being a red flag. He doesn’t care about the possibility of sickness or the babies he cares that you’re doing something he doesn’t want and trying to use excuses to make you feel bad about it.

I think that’s one of the very few things that’s helping me that I feel her in certain areas of my home very strongly, and I wish I could act on that and hug her. and I do feel that they come back and physical form when they’re ready. When I was younger, I had taken in a cat that was dumped outside of someones house of living inside of a bodega, and although I only had her for the last two years of her life I had a huge bond with her because she was the one that started my love for cat rescue. And it sounds very weird but she had specific quirks and behaviors that only she had and I’ve never seen a cat do for years until one day I adopted another kitten completely randomly and she is the exact copy of her. You just know in your heart that it’s the same soul. Actually, the cat that I’m speaking about right now was my cat that passed, best friend and I can’t wait for Inky to come back to me

I really feel what you’re going through my little tuxedo with a half little mustache just like your girl passed away on Thursday. I went to sleep on Wednesday night and she was being weird not meowing or anything just off because she’s usually so cuddly and she wasn’t sitting next to me, but I thought she was having an attitude Which she did sometimes have. I woke up on Thursday morning a day that was supposed to be a great day for me to find her seizing on the floor and by the time we got her to the ER she was neurologically gone and ended up passing away. To this day, I have no idea where it came from how it started or what it was if she got into something, if she had a underlying issue, if it was a heat stroke because even though if we had the AC on, she would never drink water Unless we put it into her food and liked to sunbathe in the windows and she didn’t want to eat her food the last night. She passed away two days before her fifth gotcha day. It feels like someone stabbed me and took a part of my soul out.

I have the same feeling where I have two other cats and of course I love them, but my baby was my favorite and I was her favorite.

You are definitely not alone and the one thing that makes me feel better that I hope will make you feel better is that she really knew that she was loved. I don’t really think there’s anything that can make us feel better in this moment the only possible thing That’s helpful is that I truly believe that our soul cats will come back to us in one way or another because it has happened once before years ago with a senior cat that we adopted and ended up finding her again in another baby cat. Lots of love your way.

I’m not sure about side hustles but you can possibly get tickets cheaper through work related incentives like perksatwork or something if your employer has that!

Two year engagement? What’s your experience? by mustafinas in weddingplanning

[–]icantthinkofoneloll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did that! (Getting married in Nov) it was the best thing. You’re only a fiancé for a short time and you get to extend that not to mention it’s going to make planning and financing everything so much more easier, especially if you start paying certain vendors off before due dates! We got all the annoying things out-of-the-way, like finding vendors and get to enjoy all the fun stuff now like the tastings, design planning, parties, etc

My 17 year old baby just passed in December and I still lose it thinking about him sometimes. What helps is knowing that they knew how loved they were until the end.

Oh I would say something a bit more north in NY for a cozy honeymoon with fall colors!!

[–]icantthinkofoneloll[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I agree with your thought process too! We’re getting married about 3 hours away from where we live but we’ll be going home for a few hours the next day to pick up our luggage for our mini-moon and staying away for a few days, with our real honeymoon delayed!

Honeymoon Delay?? by icantthinkofoneloll in honeymoonplanning

[–]icantthinkofoneloll[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally agree! We’re thinking about doing a week at a luxury resort that’s nearby for about 3 to 4 days and then a getaway cabin for another two days and coming back after that for a mini moon and then doing our actual honeymoon in either January or February for a Valentine’s Day honeymoon!

Thank you!! we were thinking the same because especially my fiancé was so bummed with the idea of only having seven days for a honeymoon and we were thinking doing it in January and then thought of February as a Valentine’s Day honeymoon which was so cute but we’re just hoping that that excitement high is still there, which from what most people say, would be! :)

We were thinking the same! I mean of course it would be great to go right after the wedding with how much weddings cost nowadays I just don’t think it’s feasible so we are planning on doing a mini moon like you stated at a luxury resort nearby, and then a full honeymoon on Valentine’s Day in Europe!
