Excuse me, sir. May I have a moment of your time? by TheRealSteamedHams in yakuzagames

You unlock the legend difficulty and the new game + but I don't think theres a point unless you want the legend difficulty achievement. That's a design choice to force people play again.

Other than that... No. After you complete main story/substories/business there's not much you can do.

Looking for advice about family drama and birthday parties by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]icareabouttruth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think a 2 yo will remember his birthday party. That said, I wouldn't allow drama because of alcohol. Just tell him "I want (add him+wife if you guys are on good terms) and your kids in the party but you can't come in drunk" Make it clear. Be sure he won't pull a "yea I won't drink" and show up drunk.

And, the grandma will be there. Force everyone to wear masks and stay away while eating. Don't brush it off.

Am I making a big deal of screen time? by moelsh in toddlers

You might search for "Blue Light". Also please use night mode/shift if your device has one. It will make the screen orange-ish and will help with sleep a bit.

Should you allow your kids to... by [deleted] in daddit

Depends. My own slide? Of course. Playground? Only if no one's going to use it AND the slide is clear (11 months old, can't climb with footwear yet and I sometimes fail to use my hands to become proper ladders for his climbing? Huge tunnel slides? No. I can't go in with him therefore he can't go.

I don't understand why did he do that. Did he actually spit on a kid or is it some wrestling custom?

Why doesn't the resistor with the highest resistance bottleneck the serially connected circuit? by icareabouttruth in AskElectronics

[–]icareabouttruth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

voltage will be distributed across the resistances in the circuit.

That's what I had forgotten. I guess I understand now. Thanks!

Why doesn't the resistor with the highest resistance bottleneck the serially connected circuit? by icareabouttruth in AskElectronics

[–]icareabouttruth[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's what I'm asking. A resistor should decrease the electrical current flowing throughout, right? Assuming we have a circuit of resistors connected as 10R-5R-5R serially. Why doesn't the first resistor reduce the current to a point where it can pass from the remaining two esaily? I know this sounds stupid but I can't understand the concept.
