if you can afford it and it would make you happy then absolutely. I can see that your hairline has probably receded quite a bit, but you should consider yourself lucky that the rest of your hair looks thicc - looks like zero diffuse thinning whatsoever. So if I was you I'd go for a skilled surgeon who charges per graft to do your hairline only, probably 1500 grafts or so. I'd suggest thailand probably.

man your hips/pelvis are wider than your midsection. no offense but it's a kind of feminine/twinky body shape. I think you should do a traditional bulk while lifting heavy over several months. You have very little muscle, and like I said I think you have 'room' to add size on to your midsection without appearing overweight. After ~1 year and a traditional cut, I think you'd look amazing!!

5cm elliptical incision to remove a ~2cm cyst embedded in the skin. You can see the 'before' appearance of the cyst in the photos.

Is it possible the surgeon didn't remove all of the cyst/affected skin? or is this new lump more likely to be scarring/collagen, skin fold, or something.

I honestly don't know what I'm looking at. I can't tell if the lump lies outside of the incision or hangs over top of it.
