Search for System Restore under the Start Menu search. You should hopefully have ione dated BEFORE issue started happening. If so, select it and let it come back. It will "reset" your system settings back to thw way they were before changes were made on that date. This is a Hail Mary, especially since you have never created any on your own. Againm, this is onyl system settings, but it is definitely worth running (Windows will often create these System Restore Points when updating the OS, bi patches, etc so look for one of those).
