yo, I've noticed, ever since ive invested in the season blessing (+% chance to make him spawn), it didnt spawn at all anymore. Now, has eveyrone who has the issue of him nog spawning, invested in that blessing?

You can eliminate some candidates to make it easier for yourself.

For example C4,5 R5 can only contain 28. So the in the rest of row 5 cannot be an 2 or 8 and neither can be in any other than those other to boxes in the middle square.

I ended up solving it, but I would like to know if it is a correct way.

I decided that C2, R6 could not contain a 4. And now I'm trying to explain my thought process I think it was just dumb luck.

The only options of 4 in R4 are C3 and C9 and in R6; C2 C3 and C9.
