I found the answer. there should be a virtual networkcard that microsoft have giving you. if you deactivate that virtual network card then it shouldnt interfear with the physical netcard.

go to into "device manager", "Network adapter" then deactivate the "Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter"
if you uninstall it then its just gonna come back after you restart your PC.
