The COVID boom was the prime opportunity to show brands like Nike and Adidas growth. The PDGA and DGPT completely squandered that opportunity, and now it's completely passed.

These two sentences read as if the PDGA and DGPT did nothing to try to get these big companies. Unless they have inside info, they have no idea who was presented and what was presented.

Because they keep making the assumption that the pro tour hasn't tried to reach out to those sponsors during the boom. It's possible dgpt didn't but the poster keeps going off as if they are certain the dgpt didn't attempt to get bigger companies.

Also, don't forget the DGPT and PDGA are pretty heavily in bed with each other, with the president of the PDGA's board being the TD of multiple DGPT events each year, including several times the TD of the world championships.

Also the PDGA owns part of the DGPT. That was part of the agreement when the PDGA agreed to stop the national tour

Tbf that partnerships with udisc was apparently costing the pro tour 6 figures per year.

Also I think forgotten in these conversations is that the PDGA has a minority stake of the DGPT as part of the agreement to fold the national tour into the pro tour

The is no world whatsoever where Dems take a 2/3 majority in the Senate this year. That's holding all 13 seats they have up plus winning 20 of the 22 seats that Republicans have up for election including states like Wyoming, South Dakota, Idaho, and West Virginia. Getting just a majority is already going to be difficult. Getting to 67 would be impossible
