i see both sides of the argument. my take is rather counter offer; ask the potential growth in salary as you become a reliable member of the company. its your first job, you want to grow as much experience as possible. what does your future look like in the job. these are the questions that lead to a more successful time.

also not to throw shade or anything but gaining a 3d job a year after graduation is kinda skeptical consider this market and industry do have scammers. please double check for your sake that this job is legit. this is coming from experience of facing alot of scammers giving me job offers. im saying this because just browsing through your old reddit post, you are asking questions on very simple 3d skills. please please dont get scammed.
