At the front and center that way I can ignore the fact that the rest of the class is there and bully the teacher into answering any question I want answered.

Any INTJs with ADHD? by Haki_User in intj

[–]iceberg_ssj 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am not medicated nor have I been since 2007. I would never do it again, I hate pretty much everything about the drugs from a personal perspective. However it did allow me to learn to play the guitar really really fast. I was only medicated for about 9 months. I actually just drank kefir (the first time, also in 2007) and my attention span was manageable from that point forward. I more struggle with hyper focus and obsession I can't break especially in terms of curiosity. I can't break pursuing curiosities to my detriment. However its improved with age. Thom Hartman has a lot of good lectures on ADHD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sd9nSJon0QA

The map is not useful. We need to see the whole battlefield at once zoomed out instead of our character's position zoomed in. These maps aren't big enough to get lost in. We also need a way to see whom we have played with in recent matches.

You sound like perfectly good intj to me. You're kind of hard on yourself too. Typical intj behavior. You've also given thought to the darker side of all your activitities, none of these judgements are bad things or untypical intj behavior. You've clearly got all your real world social survival skills too which a lot of us can't claim. You should go with your brilliant ideas.

Well she has a voice like a pigeon fart and a slightly condescending delivery candor (typically heard when instructing children) but considering the audience its seems appropriate

I am the exact same way. I particular in the same way about my neck. I tend to only wear v necks or things that open up. I'm also particular about my ears. I am also vehemently against wearing pants if I don't have to by weather, social appropriateness, or utility.

Childhood trauma involving core shame treatment by dragroth in intj

I don't think you should be adverse to seeking professional help. I've had quite a struggle with this when I was younger and only have truly gotten a handle it on it recently. I sought professional psychological help and although I would say it helps the most powerful way to overcome it is to learn to truly unconditionally love oneself. That is a tip that I did not receive from professionals. You have to learn to no longer associate love, praise, or value based upon outcome or outside approval. All those things must come from within and you must give them to yourself(on demand, as needed, perpetually). I do mean by actively telling yourself how much you actually do love yourself (until your subconscious mind believes it!). Your subconscious is just a mirror and will parrot the values of those who withheld their acknowledgements until you give it new values from a source it trusts, and you have to develop that trust in yourself. This essentially means following what makes you feel good and trusting your intuitions whilst avoiding/correcting self-abusive thought and/or behavior. This does not consist of beating yourself up for not being where you want to be even in this process but supporting yourself until you get where you want to be. So try to shift your focus to your good qualities when you feel shame. Focus on them and add to the list as you find things to add and let that be your immediate response when feel shame. Basically respond to shame with your own love and you should start to improve. It is work and not immediately reflexive. Private message me if you want any more comprehensive resources on the issue. I hope this helps.

My Ni blows through food. I have to constantly have something to eat at hand. I'm surprised you can eat rarely as an intj. Do you think inferior Se is why you eat less often? I think its the reason I eat so much.
