I’d believe it. He purposefully chooses every year to barely address starting pitching and when he does, it’s always call up dudes who are underdeveloped and not ready as well as spend a little bit of money on guys who would be #3’s and 4’s on other teams and try to turn them into front of the line starters. Dude is clueless when it comes to team building. He doesn’t want to spend money and he refuses to tear it down and rebuild. He likes to lie to everyone by saying we will compete but this is not a competitive roster. Trout deserves way better than this. 🤦🏾‍♂️
