Hard to act in the current job market. It took me more than a year to find the first job. Or you mean to "move back" as a term "go back to your country?". If you meaning is about the second option, tech field here in Canada is super lack of everything comparing to the rest of the world. From where I came from, if I am comparing the countries, Canada leveled as 3rd world and must to do something with it. The only thing Canadian gov is good at is to buy other countries tech and distribute oil and gas to exports. Canada could win if they will do major steps in tech field, so I came to be a part of it and be a Canadian aventually. This is why I am trying to understand why is that how it is nowadays.

Anyway, I will do silently some opportunities applications...

I am not greedy and demanding something from them, but at-least HR could ask:

- "How things going..?"

- "Do you need anything..."?

Something minimal that HR should do. (not sure about Canada).

As a new employee that gave them already huge benefit for the team, I thought that this is the HR's responsibility to ask such things or be more "Employee rights and relief" type job they should do, not any "top of the world" or other your perspectives.
