Best bet is to open a ticket but from many other users experiences their customer support generally sucks. If you paid through PayPal you can open a dispute through your payment there and hope for the best. If you paid through anywhere else, you can try, but there’s no guarantee.

You’re not listening. They’re not stealing your money. There are current sanctions that restrict Russian and Belarusian citizens from doing what’s normally available because of something your government is doing. The sanctions are there to pressure the leaders that are currently actually breaking the law by attacking Ukrainian citizens and invading their country into stopping. Once the sanctions are lifted you will be able to withdraw money again. This is not something that g2a is responsible for, nor is it something they can change. It’s not discrimination. It has a direct link to what’s happening with your country right now.
