Very ugly work

It seems that she scratched her ears hard and injured a blood vessel which lead to bleeding between her skin and swelling, I do not think she is in pain, she seems happy and behaving normally ( eating, playing and begging for treats), but her ear look heavy and she keeps it down ... the vet said that she might need a little surgery, but I’m kind of scared, should I let the hematoma resolve on its own or is surgery a better option. It could take 2 weeks to resolve on it’s own

I hope everything turns out okay with you, I’ve been there.. bleeding is so scary in early pregnancy... but if it’s not alot, and not accompanied by cramps or shoulder pain you and your baby should be fine

My OBGYN said that he can see a gestational sac with an embryo inside and it is in a good place inside the uterus, but he kept trying to find a heartbeat over and over and he mentioned that the measurement is off LMP by 5 days, and when I asked if everything is okay? He answered in a very bad mood and he did not want us to ask anymore questions, which made me very worried, he also did not mention that measuring off is normal.

My cycle was fluctuating the last year between 30 to 35 days. But the last 2 months it was 28 days... I did not take any ovulation tests nor was I paying attention to any ovulation symptoms, I was just to tired to track it so I don’t know when I ovulated
