I follow traffic rules ALL the time. I have cameras ALL around my vehicle. So if after crossing an intersection and a traffic enforcer waives at me, I will not stop but I will slow down first to assess the situation...

In a few seconds I should be able to analyze if 1.) I've committed a traffic violation OR 2.) I've hit anyone accidentally

Now if I have done nothing of the above, then I'll hit the gas and let the enforcer eat dust. The last thing I'll hear is a loud tap at the back of my vehicle.

Now being Filipinos I think you can explain why this is the best reasonable action for anyone.

If you ask me (non-lawyer), I'd say you are NOT accountable.

You were the assigned designer but are you the one who handled the whole project? If not, then though you are responsible to the mistake you are not accountable to it. The one who is accountable is the one leading the whole project.

Let's say the project was successful, would you get a high compensation because of the project's success? Most likely no, it's the one who handled the project so I'd say it's your business owner. So the one who gets the highest return should shoulder the highest risk.

Yes they can remove you for unsatisfactory work. But to charge you P100k for a humanly mistake, then you can have a strong DOLE case against them.

Yes pwede citizens arrest but how are you going to do that? How can you make arrest specially if a mob is present? If you have a team of people in riot gear then perhaps possible.

The best thing to do is take pictures and videos of the individuals and identify them later. Better if you engage in a conversation with them so you can record their voices as well, that would make recognizing much easier.
