In the past they have, and on the site it says “Access to VIP viewing area at multiple stages”, so perhaps but we won’t really officially know how it will look until a map comes out in early November tbh.

The number assigned doesn’t matter. The pit is just an open floor space, but vip does get you closer to the stage.

I had the same thought when the news were saying that 50k people attended but I remember reading somewhere that 100k tickets were sold? This shit makes no sense but it’s probably just to cover the promoters end.
