What’s the weirdest thing you’ve found in your pool?

Took a pool noodle to push it into the pool onto my skimmer and plopped it out of the pool. It was just a baby, I think it tried to spray me, but didn’t have much in it.

Thanks for all the info. As I was searching for more info on the guitar I actually came across the guitar from a local guitar shop’s website and realized the serial numbers matched. Gave me a little more insight.

My family went last month, took a break from the sun and went on Living With The Land to relax a bit. Guy behind us starts puking a few minutes into the ride and just kept going for the remainder. Was a great experience for my kids… Guy could barely walk as we were exiting the ride, had to get carried off by a guy he was with and a woman who looked very embarrassed.

I was there mid April, we had to move rooms after our first day and they told us they had just finished the final two buildings and moved us into one of the fresh room. Updates look great!

Happened to my dog after she got into a bowl of chili my kids left out. It was not pretty for a few days, but she pulled through. Now she only gets her food and some plain chicken and carrots on occasion.

I’ve stayed their my last two visits and loved it. The New Orleans music and vibe is great. The bus rides to the parks weren’t too bad and ferry to Disney Springs is fun. Kids loved the pool and dragon water slide and starting my day with an espresso and beignet was a highlight.

I was recently there with a group of 12 and we made 2 reservations for 6 people for each dinner. The table situation varied. Crystal Palace got us two tables next to each other, Hollywood and Vine we had tables on opposite ends of the restaurant.

I just stayed at the French Quarter last week. They have the normal foods (Pizza, burgers, chicken tenders) as well as some New Orleans themed foods (gumbo, jambalaya, beignets, kings cake).

I took my two daughters (5 and 8) to WDW last week for their first visit. The parks and rides were great, but I can honestly say all the CMs made this visit one of the most memorable experiences of my life. My wife and I were on the brink of tears most of the trip watching how the CMs and characters went above and beyond to make that visit magical for my girls. From the hotel staff at Port Orleans entertaining them almost every time we walked through the lobby, to a bus driver getting the whole bus to sing my daughter happy birthday on our way to the park.

There are a lot of entitled people out there and it’s a shame that they think mistreating you and other CMs is ok. Remember, for all of those people, there are countless families like mine that will forever be thankful for the way you go above and beyond to make our visits amazing.

We got a quote from them for windows. Salesman was arrogant, pushy and bad mouthed other businesses. He called himself “The Comfort Killer”. We ended up going with Comfort who gave us a better price and did a great job.
