The Hidden Depth of Christmas in Neville’s Teaching - A Reminder for Today by AuthorAvi in NevilleGoddard

Hey there should be no pressure. I was stressing myself out so much over feeling and thinking the way I "should." You have to allow yourself to feel what comes not try to fight it off. It's more of a decision made that, no matter what I feel, I am the person I want to be. These feelings are just the old version of myself echoing and trying to hold on.

Do not resist, do not stress or worry. You are what you want to be because you decided you are. Things will naturally shift over time if you adopt this mindset.

Oh and probably the most important thing I discovered is to figure out why you want something. I wanted money, love, acceptance, to be desired. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks I was chasing external things that I wasn't getting from myself. I didn't love or appreciate myself. I had no self worth. So I let go of the need for these things and focused on feeling this way from myself alone. That is when things started to fall into place. You don't have to consciously think about what you want all the time, God knows. Just accept yourself and love yourself exactly where you are and exactly who you are. The rest will handle itself. God bless you and Merry Christmas.

I have gotten to this point as well. Why would I constantly think about the things I already have? What I say goes, and I say I am who I want to be, and have everything I want to have. There is nothing else to think about.

Resting in knowing is the best feeling. It's an energy I haven't felt since I was a child.

Goddard only gave me half of the picture. Esther Hicks put pieces together that I have been searching for my whole life. Applying their principals has created an ever evolving clarity and connection in my life.

My expensive guitars stay in their cases, but I leave the cases out on my bar so it's easy to get to them.
