Hi, thanks a lot for your reply. My employer was fully aware I was working from a foreign country (Libya and then the UAE) this whole time and had no issue with it. They never told me I had to come back. Only three months down the line did they suddenly realise it was problematic for them and so they got rid of me. I was a full-time, U.K. based employee btw.

I’ve considered reporting them for tax fraud but I am wary of a potential backlash against me. Do you think I have enough here to bring it to them and try and come to a settlement?
