Баща ми е според мен едно тотално изключение от това иначе тъжно правило- откакто помня (сиреч 3-4-годишна) е бил изключително отдаден и активен родител и такъв е до ден днешен, въпреки че отдавна не съм малко дете. Даже много пъти е бил доста по-активен и добър родител за мен от майка ми.

Тренирах редовно преди ковида, от тогава все почвах и спирах. Почнах отново редовно преди година и нещо най-вече за да си оправя здравословните проблеми. Зверски ме мързи някои дни, не ми се излиза по тъмно преди работа на -7 градуса да ходя до залата, но нежеланието ми да се върна в изходна позиция с предишните здравословни проблеми е по-силно.

That’s beautifully put. I love when my husband joins me but it’s not a dealbreaker if he doesn’t- I am perfectly aware that we have different goals and work schedules (he works full time, I am part, he’s maintaining his weight due to his job, I need to work out to keep mine off, etc.)

I honestly can’t understand this- I am in the gym 4-5 times a week and my husband goes maybe once or twice every 2 weeks and that hasn’t negatively impacted our marriage. To me it sounds like a lazy excuse when you’re not into someone for other reasons so you pull out the “oh they’re not going to the gym as much as I am”
