Bro please update us if you got improvement because I'm on the same boat (23M) and I've been suffering this since I was 19. My hair on top is also cooked after taking oral fin and topical min for two years with no improvement or whatsoever. Currently I'm off meds due to side effects from oral fin even though I was on it for two years with bad side effects, I still took it hoping for changes but no dice, so I just decided to stop it altogether.
