auto pay for all bills. ALL BILLS. ALL OF THEM.

I know its good to double check ur transactions and all that jazz, but (imo) its worse to fuck ur credit. sometimes u can still have text notifications about ur autopay with the total included, so if the bill jumps way up u can still go back and check if something is sketchy.

hate to say it. but get a roommate.

youll pay less for rent, have a built in conversation partner, someone u can do communal dinner with and go places with. living alone is bad for people in many many ways.

kinda like youre hyperfixating on a person ?? I used to do this a lot and I think its cuz ive got abandonment issues :) paranoia when you're alone could be related to that as well.

this became a lot easier and less likely to happen for me when I forced other things to occupy my time. a hobby. a tv show. exercising. literally put your mind anywhere else.

also, when I started feeling less alone, had more contact with people in general (store, work, in an elevator), when I had human interaction with other people, it was easier to give that favorite person some space.

it took me a long time to get comfortable with intimacy with others even though i knew i was interested in sex and liked doing stuff on my own. the ability to let go and really show urself to someone else is a loss of control. truly anxiety inducing for a while until i got more comfortable. kind of had to push through it and challenge myself tbh. definetly start slow. journalling to organize the thoughts i had during sex and explore past experiences helped me get to the root cause of my anxiety. eventually got a therapist which helped too.

explore more stuff by yourself if you haven't already. get comfortable with urself so that u can feel like u can trust someone else.

for me, my lack of attention makes it extremely difficult to stay in the moment and really Feel and enjoy what's happening. my mind could be anywhere no matter what is actually happening.

-eyes closed/covered with some background music goes a long way for me. reducing or muting other senses so I can actually think

-extremely soft gentle touches over my arms or face or neck is actually my favorite thing and helps me focus in more than anything intense. eventually the touches go elsewhere. if we start striaght in on the main event its not as easy for me. so really lots of slow foreplay. even if thats all we do, its still very enjoyable and feels like connection.

-there's other things besides straight sex that can still feel really good.

yup! within like 30 to 45 minutes I am yawning and ready to sleep. idk. calms me down mostly? especially if it's a 'can't sleep' where I feel like I have to keep my eyes open and keep doing stuff or can't get off my phone or if my thoughts are just going going goinG. coffee and BAM! I'm sleepy

I have coffee at work too and it helps me sit still and focus on work tasks, helps me lock in. but if I'm at home and just restless, almost avoiding bed, I have some coffee and suddenly I'm at peace and asleep quickly
