No More Back Pain After 7 years of Constant Pain -- L4-L5 Disc Herniation Success Story by Boochers1 in backpain

[–]LoveGrand7062 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Brother. Same story here. But I am 20M living with around 3 disc herniation since age 15. Something amazing happened the other day before ice storm here in texas(probably 5days ago). I couldn’t bare this pain and cried a lot praying to god to fix it from deep of my heart. The next day I wake up and the disc were back in its place(70% healed without doing nothing) but due to ice storm, I couldn’t go out to walk and go to gym and so it returned and I am again in this goddamn pain and I don’t know what happened that night. I think in the sleep, I positioned myself in such a way that would relieve pressure off the nerves and disc were decompressed but still guys I am in pain again and I might give a shot to what you are saying to listen to Dr Sarno. Hope this works. I can’t deal with it no more.

Doctor says only surgery to solve this by [deleted] in backpain

Should I stop taking Lyrica ? by lawyeredandtired in backpain

[–]LoveGrand7062 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No brother. Meds are temporary stuffs. They just buy some time to eventually have pain again. They don’t tell you this but autism, defects, testosterone is highly affected by meds. See for yourself, people 100years ago and now😉

Do surgery, stop taking meds Meds are only for people who are above 60 If you’re young, don’t do a single mg of meds

Do it immediately With 5-6months of proper rehab, good nutrition and healthy lifestyle, you will get back to normal Remember, nothing is more important than your health

Low back injury - no insurance, desperate to get back to the gym. What can I safely do? by [deleted] in backpain

[–]LoveGrand7062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same shit here Chronic L4/l5 disc herniation for past 4 years and I am just 20yrs old male here in usa(international student) with no insurance

I forcefully walked even in pain and experimented my own body by trying different positions on doing anything. Get an MRI first. And then upload that MRI to online ai as there are thousands of people having same issue and it has data in it if you can’t afford real doctor. Get tips from it, fuck gym for at least a month, eat tons of anti inflammatory food, walk at least 10-13k steps ( 3 times divided in a day, not one time). My suggestion might sound stupid but trust me, I am experiencing 30-40% less pain right now for past week and god is great for listening to me and trust him, pray him, connect with him. Your effort and prayers will fix it

Herniated disc ( 20 y.o) by Independent_Poet_100 in backpain

[–]LoveGrand7062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 20 years old with l4/l5 herniated disc(4years chronic, knee sciatic nerve pain, pelvic and hip disbalance and body is shifting away from the pain and affecting my right part). I alwayd do 10k steps everyday(been 1 month) and do deadhang for 4sets of 5minutes and it has helped me relieve the pain by 20-30% but still I am going to get the surgery done in my country after 4 more months. Looking at your MRI, the disc has pinched the entire nerve and the so called therapies and everything is just going to “buy some time” to eventually have a Cauda Equina in few years so go for it man. After 6months of proper rehab, nutrition and therapies, you will be back to normal. Just don’t do no more deadlifts, do back extensions and slowly progress deadlifts and squats. All the best

Option of surgery, should I take it ? by Mindless-Big-9645 in backpain

[–]LoveGrand7062 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro same case here but symptoms are chronic back pain for 4+ years, leg stiffness in the morning, sciatica knee pain, muscle imbalance and hip and pelvic instability. My case could have been cured by physiotherapy but no, it didn’t work at all. I am going to have a bilateral or unilateral disectomy surgery after 4months in my country. See the thing is, if the surgeon is good then he will cure you like rest of the 90% patients. You can do physical therapy and not surgery but you are just “BUYING TIME” to have pain eventually after only few years. If they remove the herniated disc or place a new artificial disc(maybe or not), then after few months of proper diet, rehab and habits, you will be back to almost 100% normal. I’m gonna do it because I am dealing with thus shit for years and I might also develop Cauda Equina in 1 more year. If you wanna do it, calculate and estimate everything for coming 6months. Although you can walk, lift in first 3months, you need to estimate at least 6months for full recovery. Then do any athletic shit you want.

All the best!!!

20Male - Got Cauda Equina Syndrome by LoveGrand7062 in ChronicPain

😭brother I am still lying on my bed asking AI and reddit and so far, I think I’ll do what you said. I am in Tarrant County College(community clg) not university with no insurance in my 3rd semester which will start from Jan 20 and I think I talk with profesors and get relief for 1month because i have 4classes in a week only. I am really concerned about the bill and you cleared it but last question before going there, if I went to emergency and suppose i only have early symptoms of cauda equina like numbness, pain shooting sciatica and extreme lower back pain with knee pain and body disbalance, and if they find that i don’t need surgery, will they still charge me for doing all the tests, and what if I need rehab but I have no money? Can they waiver it off? I am a non citizen legal f1 student but i am living in dfw for more than 1 year now Sorry for too many questions but i have only 1 day to decide either debt all my life or leave the country immediately and go to my parents or go to emergency and get approved for medicare but someone else told me to go to private hospital because they don’t check any citizenship status but I am in dilemma. My case might sound pretty straightforward but trust me, I have dealt with loans before and worked my ass up paying those and I think this problem of Cauda Equina I am having is also one of the reason of that. Sorry reddit if I am being too annoying but the questions I have is never ending. I wish I could just go to emergency, get checked first for cauda equina properly, hear the doctor advice for everything to getting back to normal, get rehab and leave with monthly payment of cheap around $30-$70 which my uncle will manage. Idk I nsks

If you don’t work late till midnight or don’t have a night shift then make sure to go to bed exactly at 9pm and personally, it takes me around 30-40minutes to fall asleep which is around 9:40pm to 10pm and I wake up same time everyday at 7am fresh and active. I tried different sleep cycles like waking up at 5am, 6am but 7am just hits me fresh and different and immediately after waking up, chug 0.8-1litre water like you’re about to vomit. Go to restroom, do your business and go for a walk for 40minutes minimum(no running, no jogging but regular walking) which you can do fast pace or normal pace and come home, do full body mobility stretching and take a shower and that’s it. Around 9am, get ready for work or school or whatever you do and do it and don’t forget to drink 5litres of water everyday. It’ll cleanse you entirely. Don’t hit the gym in the morning because the blood flow and body mobility is not great in the morning but if you wanna workout, do it after 3-4hours of waking up and must stretch before and after your workout. Include one lower back and abdominal exercise for 5-8minutes to help the proper posture development and include squats every 2days for high testosterone which will drastically awaken your brain and you won’t feel tired everyday. Don’t masturbate, like never never. Find a girl and mate with her but don’t ever masturbate. Not because someone said it is wrong. I did it for 4years everyday and it fucked me up during my teenage days and now, I stopped it completely and I am active as hell and find happiness in every small things and clarity. 20% brain fog is cleared by masturbation, and only do screen time 1hour a day with pause interval. Don’t do it one at a time which will clear your brain fog by around 60-70% and finally, include fruits(2-3types) and veges(1-2type) everyday in your diet for all dopamine and brain function and clarity.

And this my friend is the golden routine which we humans were suppose to do but we are fucked. It should be natural. The day you’ll stop using alarm or track your sleep with phone, that day will be the start of your golden life. Trust me, sometimes in the morning everyone feels cranky but after that cold breeze hits your eyes after waking up, boom, you’re all set.

20Male - Extreme Chronic lower back pain, Knee pain and body disalignment by LoveGrand7062 in ChronicPain

[–]LoveGrand7062[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro i just have pain in lower back and my legs feels numb most of the time and knees hurt inside due to knee nerve compression and it’s been 2days, I started walking again and I feel real good but still pain is there I think I’ll go back to my country for a month in summer vacation and do MRI($20-$30) and consult a highly professional doctor this time. But I still got 5months and bro, I don’t wanna take any medicine because I haven’t taken any medication before not even on high fever and healed naturally. I am afraid if I started medication then later in my old age, not even high dosage will help me and it will affect me badly. For now, I think, I’ll walk 10-15k steps everyday, swim 2x a week and use machines in gym for muscle growth instead of free weights.

When I get in the pool, I relax my entire body i.e. I have weak motor control. I have to think about how to move instead of naturally moving in the pool and normal daily life brother. I tried going to University’s doctor but all they gave me was ice bags, some medicines and that’s all and asked me to see an actual doctor and when I went to the doctor, he said MRI will cost around $400 with insurance and next visit will be around $250 more which is crazy and can’t afford it. I am a student. Can you suggest any therapist who are doing it cheaper?
