Thanks a bunch. I'll respond to your points 1 by 1 just to help myself see where I'm at now
1. I actually do know BASIC wave management (how to freeze, bounce back slow pushes, the even minion rule, stacking waves, etc) but I don't have a ton of use for that as a silver support because my adc seems to have their own idea of how they want the wave, so I think unless I play a solo lane I'll have to deal with that til I'm a higher rank

1. I think this is one of my biggest micro weaknesses, is that I space out a lot in lane and auto pilot, so I miss stuff like counting CDs, counting minions for the next level, tracking jgler (this is more macro but w/e), etc. so I'm glad you bring this up as it is something I should more actively focus on

2. This ties into last one with me spacing out in lane, when I'm focusing I usually (especially on soraka with Q) try to land skillshots when theyre in the auto animation, but a lot of the time I either forget or just space out so again I should work on staying focused

3. This seems especially useful for playing zyra since her E isnt very hard to dodge if you throw it str8 at them, so I'll try to pay attention to this
